By using our vending machines, website, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Service Description

We provide automated retail vending services offering products through self-service machines located at designated locations.

Availability of products is subject to:

  • Machine inventory levels

  • Technical maintenance schedules

  • Operational conditions

We do not guarantee continuous machine uptime.


3. Purchases and Payments

  • All transactions are final once payment is successfully processed.

  • Prices displayed on machines are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

    • The product is not dispensed after payment

    • The machine experiences a verified technical fault

Customers may be required to provide transaction details when requesting support.


4. Product Availability

  • Product selection is determined by machine stock.

  • We are not responsible if a selected product is unavailable due to inventory depletion or mechanical failure.


5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Damage or vandalize vending machines

  • Attempt unauthorized access to machine components

  • Interfere with payment systems or inventory mechanisms

  • Use fraudulent payment methods

Violation may result in legal action.


6. Machine Operation and Maintenance

  • Machines may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical repair.

  • We are not liable for inconvenience caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for loss caused by misuse of machines.

  • Product consumption is at the customer’s own risk.

Customers should check product quality and expiration dates where visible.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, customers must provide:

  • Transaction time

  • Machine location

  • Payment method

  • Description of issue

Processing time may vary.


9. Third-Party Payment Services

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their system errors or privacy practices.


10. Intellectual Property

All branding, software interfaces, and machine system designs are owned by the company or licensed partners.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.


11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to restrict access to services for:

  • Abuse of machines

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Property damage

  • Violations of these terms


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, power failures, or network outages.


13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Jamaica.
